Did you see the recent news? Per LA Times “after trying a word-of-mouth approach to selling their home” Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell put their lovely home up for sale in the Palisades Riviera area of Pacific Palisades.

“Word of mouth” was not successful. Hawn and Russell put their lovely home on the open market to gain the maximum exposure to sell their home. Trying to sell your home on the “down low” often translates to  a small buyer pool. Word of mouth is very selective in reaching people you think may be interested in a purchase.
